How does Telehealth work? 

Telehealth is a unique approach to traditional physical therapy. Our doctorate level physical therapists provide care via a HIPAA-Compliant video platform to ensure that your personal healthcare information is kept safe always. Once your evaluation is scheduled, traditional paperwork is signed electronically and added to your personal medical record. Your records are always available to you and your physician via written request. 

How do I know if Telehealth is right for me? 

While Telehealth is a great option for most, there may be exceptions when your physical therapist feels that traditional physical therapy in a clinic is the best option for your healing. Should the need arise, we are happy to help you find a clinic local to you. At APT, we offer free 15 min consultations to determine together if Telehealth is appropriate for you. In addition, we offer a full-refund following your initial evaluation if you feel that Telehealth may not the best treatment approach for you. 

What payment options do you accept? 

Access Physical Therapy accepts all major credit cards and as payment options.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

We know your time is valuable, and sometimes people need treatment right away. We do our best to see each patient as soon as possible and are frequently able to schedule same-day appointments. If you do not see a time on the schedule that works for you, please message us directly via chat or email and we will work together to fit your availability. 

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Currently, Access Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider (OON). In the current healthcare market, physical therapy services are limited to what insurers will pay. At APT, we believe in providing top quality treatments that are not dictated by "for profit" health insurance companies. Your insurance policy likely covers our services if they cover OONs, and we are happy to provide documentation for you to request reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

**We accept insurance from Enterprise Group Planning and will bill these services for you.
